CDT Studio
Canberra Dance Theatre's studio is located on CHILDERS STREET, CANBERRA CITY WEST - you will find us to the rear of the carpark next to the Street Theatre.
Studio Facilities
- The studio is 121 square metres in floor area (11 m x 11 m).
- Heating and airconditioning
- Barres, mirrors, an MP3 compatible sound system, and a Harlequin dance floor.
- Four large windows giving the room fresh air and natural light.
- Men's and women's dressing rooms, toilet, and a kitchen off the adjacent foyer.
- Fully wheelchair accessible.
Studio Location
Parking at CDT
Some parking is available in front of the studio and is free on weekends and after 5.30 pm Mon - Thurs. Parking is also available across the road in the City West multi-storey car park (pay parking). For daytime classes during business hours, please allow sufficient time to find parking – construction work in the vicinity is making parking very scarce. Public transport is also located close by with a five minute walk from the City Bus Interchange on East Row, in the city centre.
