2010 Membership Prices

All participants in Canberra Dance Theatre dance classes are required to be financial members. The membership fee is a yearly payment of $20 (or $10 if paid after 1 July 2010). It must be paid no later than your second class. Classes attended during your trial week count as one class.

This fee is compulsory for all CDT students. On joining CDT, you will be given a membership card and receive a members' newsletter each term.

This increase will allow us to pay our teachers at competitive rates so we can attract and retain the best possible dance teachers and provide you with the best quality dance program in the best quality dance environment.

Please remember that your membership entitles you to:

Comprehensive Accident & Injury and Public Liability Insurance cover for your attendance at dance classes and CDT events.
Attendance at all CDT studio performances and members’ gigs at free or discounted rates, with free refreshments.
Access to a wide range of quality dance classes in one of the newest and best fully air-conditioned dance studios in the ACT.
Regular information about and discounts to attend various dance events in Canberra.
The right to promote your dance activities and contribute dance information to the members’ newsletter.
Eligibility to participate in CDT’s community performance events.
Links with other members of the ACT dance community.
Eligibility to vote at CDT’s annual general meeting.
Eligibility to join the CDT Board and contribute to our ongoing development .
