Fees and membership

Class fees

You can pay for classes at a casual rate per class, or buy a ten class dance card and use it to attend any of our classes. Dance cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and are not generally refundable or transferable, except under extreme circumstances. An administration fee will generally be charged for any such refunds.

CDT dance card (any 10 classes)

$170 / $140 (concession*)

Please note: Parents, Tinies & Toddlers, CDTeens, Jumping Juniors and Tween Moves are $10 per family (per class).

*Concession prices apply to students and holders of other concession cards (e.g. health care card, Seniors Card)

Trial offer for new students

First time students at CDT, can pay for one class and attend any other classes during the following six days at no extra cost. Enquire about this offer when you arrive for your first class.

Membership fees

All participants in CDT dance classes are required to be financial members of the organisation. The membership fee is a yearly payment of $20. It must be paid no later than your second class. Classes attended during your trial week count as one class.

When you join, you receive a membership card. CDT membership provides insurance cover for you when attending a class. Other benefits include receiving the member's newsletters each term; invitations to member's get-togethers where we dance, talk and eat supper; discounts to CDT events; 10% discount at Quantum Leap 2 ticketed events; and voting rights at our annual general meeting.

Payment

Payment is in person by cash or cheque (we do not have EFTPOS or credit card facilities).

1. St George Bank located in Rudd Street, Canberra City.

2. ANZ Bank located in Moore Street, Canberra City.

Both ATMs are 5 minutes walk from CDT. Head across carpark behind the studio and head towards the city.
